Week9 The cover design

I seek to apply some kind of metaphor to suggest the removal of the subsidies and its influence.
The first sketch is about a plant caged in the subsidies bag.
The second and third sketch are about the story of hare and tortoise. It suggests that the industry is limited by the subsidies.
2. The hare is falling asleep in the bag and the tortoise  is able to run over the hare.
3. The hare is sleeping under the bag (subsidies).
4. The fourth sketch is of characters in a sprint start position. The one in the middle is holding the bag (subsidies).
2-4 sketches suggest that the NZ was been dragged by the subsidies.


This is the version i try to use in the first place. I have drawn it on the illustrator on week 10 but the file is damaged somehow.
